In this workshop, you will learn the benefits of fostering a culture of belonging and the science behind this evolutionary human need. You will explore what drives the development of in-groups and out-groups, and the implications of consciously or unconsciously enabling a workplace culture of “conformity.”
Together we will explore behaviors that can lead to a culture of conformity and learn powerful shifts you can make to bridge across groups and foster a greater sense of belonging on your team.
