Description

“Give Feedback That Lands” focuses on the importance of giving consistent, timely, and equitable feedback. In this class, we explore the most important factors to consider before, during, and after giving feedback to ensure that it lands and leads to action. Through a case study, participants will discuss the effects of not giving feedback equitably. Using a powerful 4-step process, participants will draft feedback for a real-life scenario and practice giving feedback in small groups.

Once you register, you’ll have access to asynchronous articles and tools.

At the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Summarize the importance of providing consistent, timely, and equitable feedback
  • Explain the benefits of the SBIW Feedback model
  • Apply the SBIW model to give feedback at work
