Coach Towards a Goal

Designed for managers and individuals looking to take their coaching skills to the next level, “Coach Towards a Goal” introduces the coaching spectrum, ranging from directive to supportive approaches. Participants will learn how to pick an approach based on the situation, and practice applying this skill to various scenarios. 

The second half of this class will explore the art of asking intentional questions to dig deeper with compassion and curiosity. We will explore the different types of follow-up questions and when to use each.

At the end of this class, you will be able to:

• Use the GROW model to lead coaching conversations
• Identify the best coaching approach from the coaching spectrum depending on the person and situation
• Apply follow-up questions to create an environment the fosters reflection and growth
