Description

"Build High Trust Relationships" equips leaders of all levels to enhance their relationship management skills. The class utilizes popular concepts like the Emotional Bank Account and Trust Equation to illustrate the dynamics of workplace relationships and how a people leader’s actions can impact a team’s feelings of trust and belonging. In a case study and collaborative breakout sessions, participants examine their own workplace relationships.  

Once registered, you’ll have access to asynchronous articles and tools.

At the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Describe the impact of individual actions on relationships.
  • Consider the perception of team members
  • Evaluate relationship strengths and weaknesses
  • Apply practices to improve workplace relationships
