Description

“Develop Change Agility on Your Team” is designed for managers that want to develop the cognitive and emotional skills needed to manage stress and drive high performance during change.

The class takes a deep dive into learners’ beliefs about change and their own adaptability. Through self-reflection and powerful discussions, participants will gain awareness of the limiting beliefs they hold and learn a simple framework to transform their change mindset. Learners will also explore ways to apply these strategies to an upcoming change on their teams.

Once you register, you’ll have access to asynchronous articles and tools.

At the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Identify your current mindset around change and its implications for success during change
  • Reframe limiting beliefs to spark perseverance
  • Get curious about evidence to support empowering beliefs
