Description

In this class, we explore your strengths and areas for growth as change leaders, assess how you show up to others’ resistance, and focus on three key behaviors to help you transform resistance into clear action.

You will learn what happens to our brains when we face resistance and gain powerful tools from both Eastern and Western methodologies to lead effectively through times of uncertainty and change.

You will leave with a greater understanding of the following:

  • What happens neurologically when you experience change and what science can teach us about change leadership.
  • Your strengths and areas of growth as change agents.
  • Strategies to cultivate feelings of inner resilience and deepen trust in your team amidst change.
