In this class, you will learn the keys to executing a successful change campaign, including launching your campaign with fanfare, modeling change for others, and building momentum through small wins.

We explore industry studies of effective change initiatives, and discuss ways to measure impact and adapt change efforts effectively as the path forward becomes clearer. 

You will leave with a greater understanding of: 

  • How to build momentum through small wins, and gain buy-in from others.
  • How to measure the efficacy of your change initiative and communicate impact.
