"The Coach Approach" serves as a guide for managers or individuals seeking to enhance their coaching skills by introducing essential techniques for conducting impactful coaching conversations. Participants are familiarized with three key pillars of coaching, namely active listening, acknowledging and validating, and employing open-ended questions. Practical application of these skills is emphasized through interactive breakout room sessions.
The second half of the class empowers learners with the GROW model which they then apply to coach a peer and help them develop a plan to improve their listening skills.
