Description

Designed for managers leading change, this course empowers learners with the knowledge they need to develop a bulletproof change communication strategy. 

The class opens with the discussion of the four major goals of change communication - informing, inspiring, understanding reactions, and sustaining change. This is then followed by a deep-dive into each of these goals and practice exercises to enable learners to achieve them while communicating an upcoming change on their teams.

At the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Explain the four elements of effective change communication
  • Communicate change in a way that is transparent and compelling 
  • Ensure that your change communication is an ongoing conversation
