Description

Is your team juggling a multitude of initiatives, only to see limited results? According to the Pareto Principle, 20% of the work we do leads to 80% of the output towards our goals. In this class on prioritizing the right initiatives for your team’s success, we’ll teach you tools to cut through the noise and pinpoint the initiatives that truly matter.

We’ll help you identify where your team is wasting time on tasks that yield minimal results. Then, with your peers, you’ll practice using a prioritization matrix to identify top initiatives on your team. By the end of this class, you’ll have a list of priorities that is ready to implement and the knowledge you need to make sure your team is never overwhelmed with the chaos of unclear priorities.

You’ll walk away ready to:

  • Discover the optimal path to achieving your team goals
  • Apply tools to strategically prioritize team initiatives
  • Create transparency around prioritization decisions
