Description

Once you have completed your performance review with a direct report, aligning on a path forward can be challenging. Following up gives the entire process meaning, showing that you’re committed to helping the other person grow.

In this interactive workshop designed for people managers, you will learn to identify the best next steps to help each team member meet or exceed expectations in the next performance period.

You’ll leave this class with a clear approach for developing a follow-up plan after a performance review or other performance conversation in a way that makes each direct report feel included, motivated, and focused on the future.

Once you register, you’ll have access to asynchronous articles and tools

At the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Apply best practices for follow-up on performance reviews
  • Use various strategies to create meaningful follow-up after performance conversations
