Description

"Embrace Change with Agility" empowers individuals to navigate change effectively. It begins by distinguishing between protective and adaptive responses to change. In an interactive breakout session, participants identify a current change in their lives and examine their reactions.

Guided exercises help learners uncover the roots of their uncertainty and provide targeted strategies to overcome resistance. The final breakout session focuses on crafting a personalized plan to enhance agility in the face of ongoing changes. Participants leave ready to meaningfully participate in organizational change and drive its success.

Once you register, you’ll have access to asynchronous articles and tools.

At the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Explain the benefits of agility for individual performance and wellbeing
  • Identify the source of one’s resistance during times of change
  • Apply agility behaviors to overcome resistance to change
