Description

As a manager, how can you organize your time to best help your team? In this class, you will focus on auditing and reclaiming your time, overcoming interruptions and distractions, and creating good daily, weekly, and monthly habits. 

You will learn how to understand the opportunity cost of your time and how to use the 4D's of time management to delegate, decline, delay, or do tasks. You will also explore how to organize your week and how to weave long term projects into your immediate priorities.

You will leave with a greater understanding of: 

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly time management habits fundamental to tackling interruptions and distractions on the job.
  • How to effectively prioritize the 4D’s of time management: delegate, decline, delay, or do tasks.
  • Strategies to prioritize immediate projects over long term ones in order to foster successful time management skills.
