Most employees, even those who feel confident in their performance, tend to feel some stress and anxiety about the performance review process. This can prevent them from fully experiencing the opportunity for deep growth and actionable self-reflection that the review process offers.
The good news is that there is a path to reducing stress and anxiety leading up to the performance review: effective preparation. In this class, you will learn how to prepare for your review so that you can confidently put your best foot forward. We will focus on how to effectively communicate your successes and areas for improvement, and how to develop an action plan for the next review period. Participants will get the opportunity to practice and gain confidence in articulating their performance to their managers, as well as learn strategies for reducing stress and anxiety.
