Description

AI is being introduced at work whether or not organizations have figured out how to guide it well. As an individual contributor, you're often the one deciding in the moment — does this task make sense for AI? Where do I need to be more careful? Am I actually set up to use this well?

This session gives you a framework for thinking it through. Using the same value, risk, and readiness lenses that shape how AI gets evaluated at the organizational level, you'll learn to apply those considerations directly to your own work — so your AI use is deliberate, appropriate, and genuinely useful.

Through guided content, individual reflection, and AI coaching, you'll identify where AI creates real value in your role, where the stakes require more care, and what it actually means to be ready — not just to have access, but to use AI well.

You'll leave with a greater understanding of:

  • where AI is likely to help in your specific workflow — and where it isn't
  • how to recognize and navigate the risks that come with using AI in your role
  • what readiness actually looks like for you, and what you'd need to close any gaps
