Having AI access isn't enough. What determines whether you get real value from it is how adaptably you engage with it — and that looks different for everyone.
In this session, individual contributors will explore what's shaping their relationship with AI at work today, whether that's something internal like identity or confidence, a lack of clarity about what good looks like in their role, or practical constraints around time and access. Rather than assuming everyone is starting from the same place, the class is designed to meet learners wherever they are on the spectrum.
Using a practical three-part framework organized around Internal Factors, Knowledge & Clarity, and Time & Resources, participants will identify which category best explains where they are and what their next intentional step looks like. Through guided practice, individual reflection, and AI coaching, they will develop a clear and viable plan they can act on immediately.
