This class focuses on cultural intelligence and intercultural competence, which is the link between Diversity and Inclusion. Participants will explore how intersectionality spans across dimensions of diversity through a personal audit. You will then explore your cultural perspective and bias in responding to cultural differences. Through guided exercises, you will discover your approach to cultural awareness and its impact on team effectiveness.
