This class focuses on building cultural intelligence and intercultural competence—the bridge between diversity and inclusion. Participants will reflect on how socialization shapes cultural perspectives and bias, and explore how intersectionality spans across dimensions of diversity. Through a guided self-assessment, you will identify your personal workstyle across key cultural dimensions and examine how it influences team dynamics. Finally, you will practice strategies for bridging cultural differences to foster stronger, more inclusive collaboration.
