In this practice lab, we’ll review three core coaching concepts from our first class: The Coach Approach, the GROW model, and 360° listening. You’ll master these concepts by practicing coaching with other learners in the class and leave the session feeling empowered to apply these concepts to effectively coach members of your teams to achieve their goals.
