AI-related change often begins with broad organizational messaging, but employees experience change in much more practical and personal ways. When communication is unclear, inconsistent, or overly abstract, teams may fill in the gaps themselves—leading to confusion, uncertainty, misalignment, or loss of trust.
In this session, managers will learn how to communicate AI-related change in a way that creates greater clarity, consistency, and direction for their teams. Rather than simply relaying leadership messaging, participants will explore how managers help translate evolving AI-related priorities into what they actually mean for day-to-day work, expectations, workflows, and team responsibilities.
Using the AI Change Message Framework, participants will learn how to communicate why change is happening, what is changing, what it means for their team, what support is available, and what may still be evolving as organizations continue learning and adapting their approach to AI.
Through guided reflection and AI-powered practice conversations, participants will apply the framework to realistic workplace scenarios and practice communicating AI-related change with greater clarity and credibility.
