AI isn’t just another tool. It requires leaders to be more intentional about how it’s used. Without a clear approach, teams often either overuse AI in low-impact areas or avoid it where it could be most valuable.
In this session, managers will learn how to architect AI use on their team by designing how decisions about AI are made. Rather than focusing on individual tools or use cases, leaders use a clear approach to identify where AI creates values, where it creates risk, and what conditions must be in place before introducing it into their team’s work.
Using the Hone AI Architecture Model, participants will explore how to evaluate value, risk, and readiness—and begin to outline how AI use will be structured on their team. Through guided reflection and AI coaching, they will develop a draft approach they can refine and apply in their day-to-day leadership.
You’ll leave with a greater understanding of:
where AI could create meaningful value within your team’s work
where AI should not be used based on risk, sensitivity, or need for human judgment
what makes an AI use case safe and appropriate to test before scaling
