Executive Discussion: Driving AI Change in Your Organization

1 class
60 minutes

Description

Note: Learners will need access to a generative AI tool (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot) for hands-on practice during the session.

This facilitated discussion, designed for senior leaders, focuses on the change management side of AI transformation — helping participants lead with transparency, credibility, and accountability as AI becomes part of their organization’s operations and culture.

Through interactive dialogue and a collaborative activity, leaders will:

  • Assess their organization’s readiness for AI-enabled change.
  • Identify the most significant barriers to adoption, from fear and misinformation to lack of ownership or alignment.
  • Explore what it means to define clear ownership of AI enablement — balancing experimentation, compliance, and cross-functional accountability.
  • Practice crafting clear, credible messaging about AI that builds trust and reduces anxiety across teams.

Participants will leave with a clear sense of how to communicate AI change in a way that builds credibility, accountability, and reduces anxiety or confusion about AI in the workplace.
