This session invites managers to explore how artificial intelligence can act as a leadership multiplier — helping teams focus more on creativity, strategy, and relationships. Participants will learn how to use AI thoughtfully to simplify administrative processes, enhance communication, and/or improve productivity.

Through engaging group discussions, real-world examples, and practical application, participants will:

• Identify where AI can streamline or automate team tasks and rhythms.
• Explore ways to build comfort and trust as AI becomes part of daily workflows.
• Design one practical, low-risk way to integrate AI into their team’s operations.
