Hone’s new Roundtables are designed to connect you with a global community of peers in similar positions to tackle emergent challenges customer success teams are facing amidst today’s rapidly evolving market. 

In this Roundtable for customer success professionals, you’ll exchange strategies, connect with a global community of peers, and learn from folks tackling similar problems in a collaborative, participant-driven conversation. We expect to cover a range of topics, responding to emerging needs and goals for customer success professionals, including understanding your customer in relation to other stakeholders, speaking to them while still scaling your capacities, and human-centered solutions design. That being said, your unique goals and perspectives will shape the discussion, and we encourage you to bring the challenges that are top-of-mind for you to this Roundtable. 

The conversation will be led by an expert facilitator who’s previously led customer success teams solving similar challenges, making sure you walk away with fresh ideas, relevant solutions, and tactical next steps, whether you join one session or more.
