Description

Making an effective strategic decision requires multiple considerations. You need to think about your goals, resources, people involved and consider the whole environment you are operating in, making it easy to leave something out or become overwhelmed.

In this class, we help you take a more structured approach to decision-making and leverage the strengths and knowledge of your team members in the process of decision-making. We share how to identify when formal strategic decision-making is needed and enable you to practice using the RIDE framework to make high-quality collaborative decisions.
