“Communicate Powerfully Around Change '' is designed for leaders who want to build skills around navigating change on their teams. 

The class begins by laying out the major goals of change communication - informing, inspiring, understanding, and sustaining. Learners will analyze real-world communication examples through the lens of these goals. Then, through practice activities and case studies, learners will workshop their communication strategy for an upcoming change on their team and receive feedback from their peers.
