Practice Lab: Communicate Powerfully Around Change

NOTE: In this class, we’ll practice applying the content taught in our core class called “Communicate Powerfully Around Change” If you haven’t taken that class yet, please do so before attending the practice lab.

In this session, you will practice appealing to the head, heart, and gut of each of your teammates to move from compliance and resistance to full commitment when a change is taking place. In different scenarios, you will practice convincing the group to commit to big and small changes. After the session, you will be able to use communication to fully reap the impact of changes on your team.
