All of us have unconscious biases that may prevent us from making equitable, inclusive decisions. In this class, you will explore what unconscious bias is, the different types of biases and how they manifest in the workplace. Together we will learn more about the impact of bias on exclusion in the workplace, and strategies to mitigate bias and create a culture of inclusion and belonging.
