But motivation can be fickle, often rising and falling depending on someone’s mood, a recent experience they had at work, or something else happening out in the world. 

Many companies rely on extrinsic motivators like bonuses, promotions, rules, and punishments to encourage productive behaviors, but these tactics do not create sustained intrinsic motivation.

In this 60-minute interactive class, you will learn to motivate others by tapping into our common desire to be self-directed, to improve, and to do meaningful work.
