In this class, you will learn the six foundational pillars of a flourishing culture which are grounded in the field of positive psychology. You will explore strategies and best practices to cultivate more positive emotions and build deeper, more trusting relationships. This workshop will leave you with actionable next steps to help you begin to build a thriving team culture at work.


You will leave with a greater understanding of:

  • An assessment of your team’s strengths and key areas for growth, and actionable steps to build a flourishing culture on your team. 
  • A comprehensive list of best practices that align to the PERMAH model of human flourishing and that you can utilize with your team.
