In this workshop, you will learn and practice a formula for conducting your 1:1s, how often and for how long to hold them, and how to focus on things that are bigger than just the work — factors critical to your team’s growth, productivity, and innovation over time.


You will leave with a greater understanding of: 

    • The keys to leading an effective 1:1, focused on wins, frustrations, project updates, feedback and more.
    • How to strengthen your professional relationship by listening deeply to employees wins and frustrations, and asking powerful follow-up questions.
    • When to schedule 1:1s, how long to hold them for, and how to adjust your approach to make this a valuable time.
