Description

This Hone Lab is a 60-minute session focused on practical AI prompting, structured around hands-on practice with a facilitator guiding you through every round.

The session opens with a live demonstration from the practitioner, then moves into three guided practice rounds covering three common use cases: writing a general prompt, summarizing, and brainstorming. You'll use the C.O.O.L. framework (Context, Objective, Output, Limits) to structure your prompts in every round — with the facilitator in the room throughout to respond to questions and provide guidance.

By the end, you'll have three working prompts you built yourself and a repeatable method you can take straight back to your day-to-day work.

This session is designed for anyone who is ready to move from AI awareness into AI fluency.

Note: Learners will need access to a generative AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot) for hands-on practice during the session.
