The session introduces a framework to ensure that insights are situated, targeted, actionable, needs-focused, and data-driven—providing a structured approach to evaluating insights for impact. This class incorporates real-world examples, such as IKEA’s in-store restaurant strategy, to illustrate how actionable insights can drive innovation and customer satisfaction. Breakout discussions will further explore the challenges of applying insights across teams and prioritize actions to align with organizational goals.

  • Apply a framework to evaluate customer insights
  • Generate actions to apply insights in their role
  • Describe how to transfer insights to the right decision-makers
