This class is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the project management lifecycle, emphasizing the importance of clear roles and responsibilities and the use of project management tools to ensure successful project execution.

Participants will begin by reviewing the project management lifecycle, gaining insights into the stages and key activities involved in managing projects from inception to completion. The class will then delve into the significance of clearly defined project roles and responsibilities, highlighting how this clarity can enhance team collaboration and project outcomes.

Learners will engage in group discussions to deepen their understanding. They will complete a RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) chart to clarify team roles and a Gantt chart to visualize project timelines. These tools will help participants determine “what” project tasks are required, “who” is assigned to each task, and “when” those assignments should be fulfilled.
