“Master The Process of Change '' is designed for leaders navigating through significant change on their teams.
Participants will learn how to create a change implementation roadmap that contains three key elements: areas of impact, key success metrics, and a training and development plan. With a real-world example and case study, participants will discover how to set the right goals and milestones to drive desired behaviors on their team. They will also practice determining where skills gaps exist and generating ways to fill them.
