Reflection is a powerful tool to develop self-awareness and truly learn from your experiences. While reflection is regularly used as a business tool to celebrate wins and learn from failures, we rarely leverage this important tool for our own lives.

Bea Kim is a life and executive coach who serves high-potential leaders and executives, helping them develop fulfillment and purpose. In this interactive workshop, she’ll guide you through an honest reflection of your 2023 and help you process your experience of this year marked by persistent threats of COVID, civil unrest, the challenges of working from home and living at work, and much more. You’ll have space to unpack your personal highs and lows and set intentions for the year ahead.

You’ll have the chance to share your reflections and intentions with your colleagues if you desire. Please come prepared with a pen and paper and some quiet space for yourself.
