Coaching II

Great coaching is both a science and an art. In this class, we teach you a powerful framework for leading coaching conversations with your team, and how to ask powerful probing questions that get to the core of challenges, and empower others to move forward. We also teach you how to lean in to your intuition, and guide someone using both supportive and directive elements. 

Together, we will explore the GROW model of coaching, and how to infuse this framework with compassionate acknowledgments, probing questions and directive elements depending on the person and the situation. 

You will leave with a greater understanding of: 

• How to sequence your questions effectively to get the most out of your conversations.

• How to utilize the GROW coaching model to empower others to take action and drive results.

• How to infuse directive elements into a supportive coaching framework to help lead others to success
