Set Powerful Goals (2022)

Clear direction is a requirement for success in the workplace, but it can be hard to stay the course for an entire quarter or year. Distractions inevitably pile up, and all too often, goals are not achieved and progress does not go as planned.  

In this class, you will learn to set personal goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound, evaluated, and reviewed (SMARTER), and then translate your goals into actionable OKRs, with clear responsibilities and timelines, which are monitored and updated each week.
