Description

Master The Process of Change is designed for managers leading change on their teams. This class kicks off with a comprehensive examination of the essential steps comprising a successful change process, offering leaders a straightforward formula to effectively prepare for change. This formula includes defining the scope of change, pinpointing both success factors and potential risks, and establishing clear milestones along the journey.

Leaders are taken through the steps of the formula and given examples and tools at each stage. They learn the areas of impact model, what factors drive change success, and what constitutes successful change milestones.

Once you register, you’ll have access to asynchronous articles and tools.

At the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Identify which areas of impact are affected by a change
  • Identify success and risk factors on your team
  • Create milestones to measure change progress
